• includes cycling history, biomechanical evaluation, dynamic assessment, bike modifications

• receipts will be issued to claim on Extended health insurance plans as a Physiotherapy expense

• excludes any soft goods that need replacement (cleats, stem, bars, saddle etc)

• *Rates may be adjusted without notice based on the amount of time for evaluation
